Leadership lacked transparency and failed to act when required.

We're treated with the assumption that we'll all do something illegal. Recently we've lost the ability to exit the building through the side doors closest to parking; so must walk longer in the cold. This is to check everyone's bags more often. a different recent policy change was explained to me as being necessary to "justify your position" which tells me they don't really see a need for this position, doesn't instill great confidence. Poor management. Really feel unclear about direction, and can't get a good answer when I ask. most positions seem to be dead ends, meaning you'll probably never get a raise without changing positions or going somewhere else.
