      Pros

      Fast paced environment, challenging work, but easy to grasp with good trainers. Independent and group work.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and accountability among all levels of employees. Salary is low and not beneficial to any long term employees. Terrible work life balance, constantly asked to work extra hours or forced to work overtime.

      Stay Away From Space and Airborne Systems

      They are a defense contractor who employ people

      Cons

      The culture is adversarial in Space and Airborne Systems between senior management and the programs. There are constant demands to work overtime even when there is nothing to do. Total lack of trust in management at all levels of the organization. There is no respect towards employees and the work life balance is poor (unless you are the HR person responding to these posts. Apparently they are treated well, but then again they don't work on programs.)

      Classic over-worked and under-paid corporate culture

      Probably hard to get fired

      Cons

      poor talent retention; little communication overall; poor career planning; lots of senior management are "lifers" and resistant to change; slow and cumbersome corporate processes; do not hire enough employees as they are always in cost-cutting mode.
