Cons
Very medieval times way of working/thought processing in the location I’m in. If you’re new and you challenge them at any capacity, you will be treated badly. It’s very clique and you can tell right away that they’re trying to push you out. No wonder the tenure of new HR folks that come are <1.5 years, specially in my location its <1 year. Training is mediocre at best. The good people end up leaving since they tend to promote incompetent leads/supervisor who take advantage of the power they get. Nothing in HR gets solved since people tend to point fingers and throw each other under the bus. On top of that, you hear your own team talk negatively about employees while we’re supposed to be trying to help them?? Doesn’t make sense to me. Worst HR team I’ve ever worked for.
