This company works very hard to control information and in affect creates siloes. Management constantly changes making it impossible to establish lasting or meaningful relationships. If you ever need serious help from the company, it doesn't exist. Their "ethics department" is really just Legal Compliance. Ethics informs Human resources to stay quiet. Don't listen to the "We are your friend" spiel, they have no issue lying to you.

Managers are self interested and see employees as merely a means to an end. There is no job security if times get tough. Corporate expects high performance of all company elements without expecting to need to do any initial investment. The company does literally everything under the sun; you will NOT be able to retain ownership of any private projects, so don't even bother working on cool stuff at home. Expect to potentially be relocated to a military branch. Pay is substandard in the industry. Benefits are expensive.
