Some of the most talented, hardworking staff I've ever worked with. Good sick time benefits. Flexible working arrangements

Cons

No circle of safety for employees, layoffs occurred throughout the year due to the overzealous purchases of other companies and being cash starved. Retirement contribution from employer is below industry average. Zero direction and flow down from upper management. Performance first, people last: focus is on extracting as much profit as possible. No flexibility on working from one office location to another, even within sector.
