The work is rewarding, the people you work with amazing. Work load is very high, like in all social services.

Pros

Coworkers. Great group of people. Flexible schedule, company events, paid holidays. Work balance is great, many people come back to work here because of that.

Cons

Directors are never there. They do not manage anything, and employees have no support when it comes to clients issues. If you are a proactive person, this is not the place for you, or you will be frustrated every day. Unreasonable expectations of work load for one person. One person is supposed to handle intake for 200+ beds and exits as well, plus all data entry.

-Upper management micro-manages and makes the tough job that is case management even harder. They also promised raises multiple times that never happened -No room for growth
