Does quite a bit of philanthropic work on the local community.

Cons

Growing too fast and it can't keep up with itself.

Pros

Work environment is relaxed, yet professional. Teams are friendly & cohesive. Benefits are great and getting better every year. Flex-time and working from home are great perks for those not on a client's site.

Cons

The only con I see is the number of family members who work for the company. It can give the appearance of favoritism to those who aren't family.
