Pros

The hiring process was quick. Management and HR are fantastic!

Cons

Working as a contractor, you never know when you might get canned. There was a lot of uncertainty amongst the contractors and anxiety around contract renewal time. Also, working with the feds when you don't have clearance is frustrating to say the least... but that has nothing to do with Dawson.
