I love how everyone on my team is incredibly hard working. There is nothing we wouldn't do for our residents! I love the company's work life balance they strive for. Flexible schedules allows me more time to attend my child's sports game. I never feel bad leaving a few minutes early so I don't miss out on my child's life!

LCB for me is a wonderful place to work. I have learned so much in my 2 years with the company and continue to learn and grow. Learning and keeping busy are two things that are very important to me in my professional career. I'm extremely goal driven and love the structure that the company demands in order to provide the highest quality care and service to the people that are most important.. our residents. I feel supported by not only my direct manager (he is wonderful!) but the managers at the home office as well. If I need something, I have my regional and home office teams personal phone numbers and have reached to them at all hours, any day of the week if I need assistance.They have ALWAYS responded to me and help in any way they can. I feel at home at my community and with LCB. I look forward to growing with this company for many years to come.
