I started with LCB Senior Living 3 years ago and have had a very positive experience. The Home Office Management team has been a resource and support system for me since day one. The culture is one of family and friends and they truly care about each person, whether you are an associate or a resident / resident family member. They recognize their employees and what they contribute to the ensure a safe, caring, engaging community for the residents that live in the LCB properties. There is opportunity for growth, which I have been fortunate to taken advantage of and meetings where the department heads from all of the properties meet and discuss ideas and best practices to ensure we are providing an outstanding experience for our residents and associates at our respective communities.
