      Pros

      I don't feel siloed in my work and responsibilities—I’ve had numerous opportunities to learn and grow since joining LCG. I’ve had the privilege of working with incredibly talented people who have greatly contributed to my professional development. The company is dedicated to retaining its employees, even when contracts end.

      Pros

      -I've been with LCG for over a year now and I've loved every second of it! -It is a minority owned company with a ton of diversity, so you can hear many different viewpoints when brainstorming new topics. -The company has a wonderful family feel to the environment where C suite executives sit right in the headquarters office and take the time to get to know everyone personally. -It is a very supportive and collaborative environment where you can really have a voice.

      Cons

      I think for people working on the client teams can sometimes feel pressure from the government agency they are supporting.
