-Flexible hours -Accommodating with client mismatches -Offer snacks, sometimes lunch

Cons

-It's very easy to get away with doing minimal work, resulting in a negligent environment, especially at home sessions. -Management has difficulty clarifying shifts and staffing changes to clients and staff -Huge miscommunication issues, resulting in some clients not getting the treatment they need.

No clinical support! No program oversight. If you lack previous knowledge; you will not survive. I was trained by the CD and now that I’m a BCBA I feel like I’m drowning
