-It's very easy to get away with doing minimal work, resulting in a negligent environment, especially at home sessions. -Management has difficulty clarifying shifts and staffing changes to clients and staff -Huge miscommunication issues, resulting in some clients not getting the treatment they need.

ABA is a good methodology.

Cons

The work is very hard with little support. HR and the payroll department are highly incompetent with no accountability or oversight. Very hard to use the extremely limited PTO.
