      It's not a bad place to start, or end, but as a middle manager

      Pros

      High expectation of employees. Corporate culture is clear and it is encouraged throughout the plant. Hard working people who will help you to learn more. Management tries to keep the employees informed.

      Cons

      Bad media exposure, and pressure from the HQ in Korea. Limited knowledge due to lost in translation and inability to speak Korea. Will most likely run in debt for couple years until it is settled completely.
