      LG has and excellent benefit package not comparable to other employers. The place is clean and safe to work in.

      The company does not have a clear vision . The company needs organization. A powerful and knowledgeable leader is needed for success.

      Battery packs - One of the few growth areas in the automotive industry. Good benefits, hardworking, talented people. Lot of opportunities to broaden your background

      Cons

      Not enough resources, salary is below market rates. Company relies too heavily on "contract/temp" resources. Poor planning and lack of proper infrastructure for an automotive supplier.
