      really dont have one to state here, other than the fact that you can learn different tool chain

      Expectation is that you have to be 24 hrs in the office, no really defined development process or any sort of encouragement

      My time at LGCMI has been a roller coaster full of really good times, that make the bad times even worse.

      Pros

      The hourly people, time off, are awesome. We at times truely are a family. The Gifts and lunches have also been great not just because its a free meal but it really gives you a chance to get to know your co workers.

      Cons

      The Korean culture seems to tolerate a level of bullying by management that is far more direct than i have witnessed in the western companies i have worked for. Many of the American supervisors and leads have picked up on this and take advantage of it.
