Complete lack of management.

Currently none. With zero production and an indefinite stop of production period, there is nothing positive moving forward with this company.

Cons

Complete disregard from headquarters in Korea in terms of the effect of their business decisions on American workers. Compensation and bonus increases are promised but not given. Production planning gone wrong keeps the Holland MI facility from producing even a single product while production continues in Korea.
