Pros

Not many pros I can think of.

Cons

You will get overwhelmed with work as the company is extremely understaffed. The company has added cameras in break rooms to intimidate its employees. Management is not on the same page about anything and will give you conflicting information and directives. Stay away.

Pros

Paid health benefits Good resume builder

Cons

Where do I start... This is the most dysfunctional and toxic company. My first piece of advice when I was hired was to watch my back and don't trust anyone. Nepotism, favoritism, racism, discrimination, below market salary just to name a few. Any complaint filed for any of these issues are forgotten about and the person that made the complaint is labeled as a problem and receive no support for the rest of their time at LG. Management is more concerned with yes-men than actual performers. Low output and poor performance is rewarded as long as you suck up to management, while the real performers are assigned more work. Blaming someone else, another department, vendors, customers, and headquarters is perfectly acceptable and even rewarded by management finding more vendors to do their job. No structured R&R and even management doesn't know their own department's R&R. "Not my job" is another great excuse to use to not work.
