We are glad you enjoy the hybrid work environment, which is 50/50, so every 5 out of 10 working days an associate is able to work remotely.
In regards to poor benefits - without detail it is hard to really know what you mean. LGChem pays 100% of the medical/dental/vision benefits for all FTE employees (+ spouse, children, dependents) under a Blue Cross Blue Shield policy.
