      Pros

      Updated/clean buildings, nice cafeteria choices, lax dress code, nice paycheck if you do overtime, still decent without but it’s only truly worth your time if you do the extra 2 days as well.

      Cons

      Depending on the department, you might expect to work including very weekend for a few months.
