      Pros

      LG Chem is one of the best places I've worked. Our products are cutting edge and interesting and we have super high brand value in the market. The culture at our Atlanta headquarters is really positive, all of my colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Benefits are covered at 100% (including spouse and family) which as you can imagine is huge. BCBS is top tier insurance and my copays/prescriptions are so inexpensive. LG Chem is a Korean company and the Korean culture is woven into a lot of our company culture. Something I find very positive is that they gift you a certain amount on your birthday, during life events like marriage and bereavement, etc. PTO is very fair and increases with tenure.
