      Pros

      This is a very exciting time to work at LG Chem. As the company continues to grow its presence in the U.S., there are many unique opportunities to add value and be a leader within the organization. There is a drive for the company to be "agile" and continue to innovate and create new and exciting product offerings. Benefits are great and a good team of people.

      Cons

      There can be some challenges in working with an HQ that is located in Korea, but the company is continuously working to make a seamless global working environment with more and more discretion and automonmy given to leaders in the U.S.

      Pros

      Good pay. Yearly raises. Yearly chances for bonuses. OT pay after 40 hrs, Double time on Sundays (if you've worked the whole week leading up).

      Cons

      Often work 7 days a week for 6+ months on end. Poor communication. Most decisions are made by Korean HQ. Management will often require weekend OT but will not run production
