      Air conditioned (in some parts of plant), cafeteria for all three shifts, easy work, on-site fitness center.

      Cons

      Management/worker disconnect, mind-numbing labor, little chance for advancement, not interested in investing in employees, management not interested in ideas from workers, a "good enough" attitude pervasive.

      You can learn lots of things in short time. After 3 years, you will be ready to move to other companies with good work skills and knowledge. Great medical benefits and nice & hardworking people overall.

      Salary is way below industry level or competitors Lack of leadership, strategy and long term vision Lots of stress working with HQ No encouragement for community service
