Pros
Weekly pay, opportunity for full time hours and pizza once a month.
Cons
No benefits even if you’re full time, no recognition, rewards or incentives. Long hours but they’re located on Times Square. Employees come and go, including supervisors and management. HR doesn’t speak to employees, hardly says hello, comes in mean with an attitude, basically makes employees feel uncomfortable. Corporate is mostly Korean, the company is Korean based but they speak in their language in the store full of employees that speak English. Kind of rude, I’m pretty sure they know the English language too. Management hardly speak to employees either, usually has supervisors do that part of the job.
