      I feel valued, great people to work with. Knowledgeable coworkers. Work is busy, lots of opportunity for training, if you want to move up you can do so by proving yourself

      Cons

      Last second changes to schedule, sometimes there are crucial details missing on certain projects, low tolerance for mistakes/bad attitude

      Pros

      Full of great personalities, very understanding of human element of workforce. Good work-life balance, decently competitive benefits and compensation. Culture is a real positive. Plenty of opportunities for growth and development, vertical and lateral advancement.

      Cons

      Sometimes workload can involve heavy travel for the hourly field technicians. Expectation is for a high-level of personal investment and end-to-end attention to details. Culture may vary across the 4 internal divisions.
