      Pros

      I really enjoy working at LINX because I feel like they treat their employees as people and not just numbers. I've witnessed people being promoted from within and supporting their employees during difficult life situations.

      Cons

      There are definitely some cliques here. But if you get in with one of the cliques then you'll be taken care of.

      Benefits were average and they have a fancy office

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism where they allow some employees to under-perform or even make terrible mistakes without consequences while overloading the employees that actually get the job done. Top heavy on the management side that burdens the jobs financially.
