      Pros

      Company pays good money and has a very good work environment.

      Cons

      Especially as a new employee, targets can be hard to meet especially during peak seasons and for which reason you may be considered not to be very hard-working even when you are doing your best.

      Pros

      good pay if you have a good route and bust your back, health benefits are good weekends off

      Cons

      Management has no idea what is really going on get out of your office and get to know your employees and the problems that are a large part of the turn overs at LKQ, its all about the numbers and the bonuses , example they have let the truck fleet go down so bad the trucks are unsafe to drive they have taken away the wash service so the trucks have not been washed in 4 months yet we are the face of the company. They say they care about the employees but they can not even carry on a conversation with you

      1. Management is knowledgeable about the business. 2. Work side by side with some great people. 3. Opportunity to advance. 4. Decent entry level office jobs

      Cons

      1. Weak leadership with almost no training. 2. Aggressive/hostile work environment. 3. OK pay with weak benefits (10 days paid time off total, don't earn benefits unless working for 6 months or more). 4. Little organization or direction much of the time.
