The GM is so disconnected with his employees that if you wanted you could get away with anything. Lucky for them I have high ethics.

Cons

Worked for them for over 10 years, not a single raise.....I want out!!!! No guidance, No support, just pressure to sell to whomever would call. Horrible company!!!

I honestly can't think of one redeeming quality. If you have options, don't take a job here.

Cons

Poorly run, employees mean nothing to them, not a day goes by without drama, lots of pressure to perform, but little if any financial incentive to do so.
