Pros

The leadership team is engaged and authentic, willing to listen to feedback and take action. Employees are empowered on the front lines to make decisions -- it doesn't all rest at the top. You can make your career what you want at LMI.

Cons

A lot of change going on but necessary change.

Pros

Good opportunities to do Gov't contracting work. Benefits (health, retirement) are good- for now. Decent gym in HQ building.

Cons

CEO is unprofessional clown, has been throwing money to outside consulting firm b/c he doesn't know how to do job. Has hired other clowns into leadership roles. Remaining adult in senior leadership just announced retirement. No one knows what direction of company is headed. Constant change to processes. Benefits are getting squeezed. Horrible traffic to access HQ.

Pros

LMI clearly has a sense of mission — to make our Government more efficient and effective and to provide pragmatic solutions to complex problems. LMI is a great place to work for Veterans and has training programs in place to help with transition.

Cons

When supporting a contract it can be difficult to stay connected with HQ and to broaden career.
