      Pros

      Benefits are far superior to almost every other company in the area. Salaries are about the same as other companies in the area. The offices are very nice. The people are very friendly. People behave very professionally here.

      Cons

      A lot of the cons listed in other reviews here mention that the benefits aren't as good as they were a couple years ago. That's true, but the benefits are still WAY better than any other companies in the area, so to me that seems like a really unfair complaint. The company has focused now on growth, but I'm not seeing anything like the "cut-throat" behavior that some of the negative reviews here are alluding too -- I think those reviewers are perhaps spoiled from having it so good for so long. They should try working elsewhere in the area and then they'll see how good we have it at LMI.
