      Pros

      Good place to start a career, as they are hiring entry level and giving them responsibility, a change from years of stagnation.

      Cons

      Pushing out experienced staff and most of current managers and business development. Have cut benefits, bonuses, education. Salary cuts next. Much less oversight, so good ethics is already gone. Becoming very different, much more cutthroat and competing to get noticed.

      Flexible hours Great pay Great benefits - 401k is outstanding Nice bonuses for hard work Ability to telework when approved Veteran friendly

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted. A lot of unnecessary training. Hard to get promoted without a master degree. Hard to get quality company functions at smaller sites.

      Pros

      LMI's culture is one of the best! The people are skilled, hardworking, and very approachable. One of the more "laid back" environments in government consulting. Their benefits are exceptional.

      Cons

      It is extremely hard to move within the company. Once you are hired for a specific contract, it's expected that you work on that contract until the extreme foreseeable future (5+ years).
