Unfortunately I left the company after finding out that my personal phone and computer were being monitored by the IT department per my managers request. I have been unemployed for a year due to the defaming and harassment.

Smart driven work force with focus on the customer and successful project execution; work life balance is embraced;good benefits compared to competitors.

Cons

Changes need to be better managed with more of a staged approach . Working through too many projects in parallel makes it difficult to complete any project successfully, impacts the day to day and strains the employees.

Great employees. Very intelligent. No matter your experience, you are treated as an equal. At least in the logistics group. Ive been with LMI for over 17 years and its been a great experience with the focus on making govt run better. Its something to be proud of.

Cons

If you are a mid career professional, keep looking. The program directors and vice presidents could care less about you. The CEO nelson has given himself and his staff large bonuses 100% even during the same timeframe when our benefits were cut and employee bonuses were constrained due to "downturns" in work. Its become elitists with the management. Every person who I had tremndous respect for young and old has left abrubtly. Our model of doing good for the public has changed to for profit with huge disconnects between management and employees as well as clients. My program director kisses so much butt that I wonder if he realizes how weak he looks in front of all the govt staff and other supporting contractors.
