      Pros

      Good salary to start with. It was comparable to my Federal Gov salary. Unfortunately, I wasn't with them long enough to be able to comment on growth potential or performance bonuses.

      Cons

      Terrible communication with my manager. I thought everything was going well until the day they let me go whereupon I was told that they had issues with my performance. Up to that point I had been told everything was going very well and management was happy with my performance.

      great benefits and salary fitting of employee capabilities

      Cons

      intra-director workload sharing and management non-existent - employees rarely afforded the opportunity to assist other PDs when workload lightens or dries up

      Smart people, good products, nice environment, good benefits, not responsible for finding work

      Cons

      Benefits have degraded significantly over the last five years. LMI has also moved away from its not-for profit emphasis and models other commercial, for-profit consulting companies much more closely than it used to.
