Pros

LMI offers an above-average salary on great client sites. They allow people to be exposed to new things and offices without too much of a struggle. Their benefits are amazing and second to none.

Cons

They forget about their employees on client sites. You almost feel disconnected and forget that you work for them once you are moved out of headquarters.

Pros

Decent benefits, but declining over time. Leave is pretty good. Employees are good people and committed. They have nice coffee machines.

Cons

Lack of identity, disconnect with management, cost cutting culture, poor name recognition, few opportunities, poor outlook for organization over the long-term
