Pros

They conform to whatever administration and have no true culture. They are yes men and only care about money and profit. If you like that, perfect place for you.

Cons

Leadership VP is terrible Terrible decision making False promises of bonuses Dangling golden carrots Promotions without raise Takes advantage of employees Contractual work is unpredictable Fake culture They do not keep their word Witnessed multiple people get screwed Job security is non existent Too much middle management, doing nothing helpful This company is going down hill fast

Used to be a great company

Pros

There are decent benefits (though worse than a few years ago) and coworkers are nice

Cons

They give very little notice for layoffs and do not bench people anymore after contracts end. Most of the old guard have quit the company and it has switched from nonprofit for the past 5 decades, to now for profit. Massive cuts everywhere to save a dime and the company's benefits are eroding. Very few opportunities to move up.

Not a place for growth

Pros

Was able to work remotely, decent professional development opportunities.

Cons

Unless working for overhead, will get stuck on a contract with little company involvement. Job stability is not there for this company right now, will promise that you can be put on another contract but opportunities are limited and success rate is low, even if they tell you otherwise. I wish I had not taken a job with this company.
