      - Executive Leadership is paid well - Benefits are good

      Cons

      - More about who you know than what you know - VERY Hierarchical, "worker drones" get little to no access to leadership anymore - Promotions and advancement is very much an "inner click" situation, the same people just cycle through different promotions - Employment status can change week to week (little to no long-term stability) - Some employees are widely over-worked while others coast

      Decent benefits and coverage. 401k is decent as well.

      Way too much time on tasks for the consulting agency, versus the clients, which isn’t billable time.
