      Pros

      Remote work, dedicated employees, snd mission focus.

      Cons

      Weak leadership that doesn’t truly care about employees. Senior leadership team is neither senior nor leaders. Basically an incestuous group that promotes one another and invents new job titles for themselves. Benefits have been cut substantially. Corporate culture is toxic.

      It was acquired by a private equity firm of three years ago, so and they have been cutting benefits since then.
