      Pros

      The pay is fair and PTO is unlimited. Communication and expectations are fairly clear.

      Cons

      As usual in consulting, the hours are long. You must find your own path, there is a major lack of mentorship.

      Overall a good company to jump start your career

      Pros

      There are many opportunities to engage with employees and opportunities to learn and grow. They are pro-military, which is wonderful!

      Cons

      Maximizing on the benefits and learning opportunities the company has to offer can be a challenge, as some contracts demand more time from employees than others. Those who are on demanding contracts will have difficulty being able to meet expectations on what the company requires of you to produce internally in order to promote within the company.
