Company truly cares about employees and treats them like family. They make me feel special and I feel my work is meaningful. I get the training and support to do my job well. I can't imagine working for anyone else.

Cons

The company is growing like crazy and has lots of opportunities for quality people. We need more good people!

LONG has been and continues to be the best company I have ever worked for. The management has gone above and beyond for me throughout my career here to work with my life situations and be flexible no matter what position I have held. I have never worked for an organization of this size that is as accommodating as LONG has been. I truly feel as though LONG cares about me as a person and my family. I love working for this company and plan to retire here. Thank you, LONG!!

Cons

The health benefits (especially coverage outside of CO) and the percentage of health care premiums paid by the company could both be significantly better. Otherwise, no cons!

Been with the company for less than 1 year and have had such a wonderful experience. They have such a wonderful employee appreciation program. They support their employees where they are and help them grow personally and professionally. While working here you can see career growth and opportunities. The culture is great you truly feel like you a part of a big family. Everyone is there to support you throughout your time here. As a woman working here, I feel included and that I have a seat at the table. Working here within the HVAC/ Construction industry has been such a positive experience.
