Pros

LONG has a great entrepreneurial culture where the team is not only allowed, but expected to act on their own accord to get the job done. There is a substantial amount of team work to reach our goals, of course, but the company does a fantastic job in allowing everyone freedom of movement and recognition in accomplishment of those goals. People are simply treated right. Pay and benefits are competitive to the generous side with profit sharing. The work is very challenging and fast paced and the company does well in supporting the team with multiple paths for training.

Cons

With the company covering several states that operate independently (this is a pro and con), it can be tough to get everyone on the same sheet paper.

We are like a family, and it’s obvious management cares about you. I love my coworkers and would do anything for them. They are flexible and understanding.

The deductible on our health benefits could be a little better.
