Pros

LONG is a company that truly works to take care of it's employees! I feel appreciated and valued, challenged, am given the opportunity to grow and learn, and if I have questions or concerns, my manager is great about listening and helping resolve those questions/concerns. The perks like the pool table, the tailgating van, regular happy hours, etc make this an even more enjoyable place to work!

They was very welcoming to me becoming a part of the team and they are willing to teach me when I don't understand something. I also love that they don't micro manage. Such friendly co-workers it always makes me look forward to going to work everyday!!! Valarie and Jake are the best!!

Pros

Mark and Jeff (84% owners of LONG) are strong leaders who truly care about their employees. They support employee health and safety through company paid for activities and training programs. Generally, LONG is a great company to work for and most employees stay with LONG because they know they are valued. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for LONG and intend to retire from LONG.

Cons

The only real Con I can see is the growing pains that we feel as we expand into more states. This is a reality for all companies who transition from a small company to a medium sized company. $120 million and growing.
