The work is fun, interesting and rewarding. The company cares about its workers, customers and the success of projects. The company is getting bigger, but still seems like a small place where everyone knows your name. It is what you make of it, if you want to advance you can.

Cons

I do not have any besides the way the business units seem work against each other sometimes. It has gotten better lately, let's hope it continues.

Pros

Long is a very relaxed yet very fast paced company. I feel very welcome here and I also feel the work I do here is appreciated. I have not yet met anyone in the company that was not willing to help with out hesitation. I can't speak for all groups in the Long environment, but I feel very fortunate to work with the group I am with day in and day out, they are good people.

Cons

I have not been here long enough to really know any of the cons and have not had any real conflict, the training and learning is abundant. I feel there is a lot of growth potential here. I guess there is one downfall, and that would be the medical benefits, not quite what I had before, but this is a smaller company compared to where I was before. All in all , I am much happier here.
