Pros
LONG provides a great working environment - lots of space and opportunity to hone personal skills and grow individually. Employees are put first and kept well care of, however....
Cons
top down communication from management can be inconsistent and infrequent. Many corporate and divisional initiatives often seem to fall by the way side for "flavor of the month" type business challenges. management responsibilities are unclear but seem to be occasionally burdensome and can stymie progress on these initiatives. interdepartmental communication could use help, it seems that the different business division managers can often be at odds and this tension can prevent progress of their employees intermingling and working together as one
