Pros

Lots of perks from healthcare, wellness, companies and parties, etc. Lots of paid-for items. Just ask. Many long-term employees say hello to you in the halls. Feeling of stability. It takes a serious issue to get terminated.

Cons

Still figuring out how to work together across business units. Some departments have no training structures for improving employees. Lack of discipline creates a DGAF attitude with minimal management follow through.

Good company, terrible benefits as a Sales Engineer.

Can be a fairly flexible company in terms of time off and work schedule. Good coworkers and culture too.

Cons

As a sales engineer you do not have my health insurance and it is up to you to pay full premiums. This can be about $500-$700 just for an individual.
