Pros
Pay is good and optimism is high when you arrive. Three original techs who are still here will give you: food at Seahawks games , technical advice, or a lighter when you get stressed/start chain-smoking, respectively. They may also give you crippling depression if you get them to provide an honest asessment.
Cons
Optimism fades once you realize the extent of institutional issues. Pay tied to profit is nonexistent. Engineering is nonexistent. VP and GM only hire out-of-touch boomers who run off skilled technicians. VP and GM creep on females in office running off admin. staff.
