      Good Pay and good Benefits

      Cons

      Letting go of experienced personnel to downsize company. They hired many younger employees to cut costs and the newer people have no clue what they are doing. The environment is also very cut throat where you can not trust anyone at this company at the risk of being let go. Many people were fired.
