      Pros

      Location is great. Pay is reasonable. Fun people. Fellow workers are all in the same boat.

      Cons

      Egocentric culture. Everybody is watching out for themselves and their jobs. There are good people in the trench and some in management as well. But they are powerless to make positive changes in the way management controls everything from behind closed doors. Employee appreciation is all about PR for the company. How Performance Plans are used by (most) managers is a joke at best. Do NOT be honest or you will be punished. Put down what you think your manager will want to hear so you have a better chance for a yearly increase.

      A 5 minute drive to work

      Cons

      I agree with the x Nashville employee. Mngt stands behind mngt come hell or high water! If you are not mngt, do not expect to be asked an opinion. Do as they say even if it is not in the co's best fiscal interest. Screw ups are commonplace and no one is held accountable for their mistakes. Old boys club that feels that we've always done it this way, why should we change.

      Coworkers, some flexibility, synergy within the regions, work hard play hard mentality at the field level

      Cons

      Politics....too many chiefs, truly a company that rewards favorites versus talent.
