High-growth organization. Lots of opportunities - personally and professionally. Performance-based pay - so you will be graded/gauged against your peers and your performance. This is a good/bad process - as some people can and do "game" the system to appear as top performers.

Cons

Depending on the group - upward mobility is difficult. Some teams get additional training - but it varies by team/manager/ leadership.
