Lots of potential. Fast paced. Was 100% remote. Unlimited time off (though couldn't use more then a day or 2 at a time due to work demands)

Cons

Return to office, even where there wasn't space. CIO is made himself inaccessible to staff. Burned out employees with average 12 hour days. Unreasonable expectations and low bonuses.
