Pros

Large variety of products and services available to reps.

Cons

Costs, expenses, and no training. High E and O rates. Very expensive computer fees. They think they own the business the reps produce.

Pros

LPL pays attention to employees and is working very hard to stay on top of what employees need to thrive in the workplace.

Cons

The benefits are not as good as they could be for a firm as large as LPL. In particular, the 401(k) match is not what it could or should be. Senior Management, however, is committed to making this improvement as market conditions permit.
